By accessing the Site or purchasing Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use this Site or purchase Products.

Our Products and statements:

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you once your order is delivered to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

For safety reasons, we do not accept returns. In cases where a package is marked as "return to sender," we will replace the contents of the order if EdenDirect made the mistake. However, if the package is returned due to a customer mistake (e.g., wrong address, a different name on the delivery address, etc.), we will speak with the customer on a case-by-case basis. Typically, this results in a discount on the next order. We are not responsible for deliveries shown as delivered but are claimed not to have been received.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including product names, formulas, descriptions, images, and branding—is the property of the Company or its licensors.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
